  • As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent for various healthcare positions within our organization.
  • Your primary objective will be to collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to fulfill those needs.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities in healthcare.
  • You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless recruitment process, contributing to the growth and success of our healthcare team.

 

Essential Duties / Role & Responsibility:

  • As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility is to identify and secure top-tier candidates for healthcare positions within the organization.
  •  You’ll do this by reaching out to potential candidates through various channels like job boards and social media, and then assessing their qualifications and skills to make sure they’re a good fit for the job.
  • You’ll also work closely with our healthcare clients to understand exactly what they’re looking for in a candidate.
  • This means understanding their needs and preferences so you can find the perfect match for them.
  • Once you’ve found potential candidates, you’ll be responsible for writing job descriptions that accurately represent the position and attract the right candidates.
  •  You’ll also coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and help to negotiate job offers.
  • Throughout the process, you’ll need to make sure you’re following all relevant regulations and keeping accurate records of your interactions with candidates and clients.
  • Your role is all about finding the right people for the right healthcare jobs, and making sure the process runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, your duties encompass both acquiring new clients and cultivating strong relationships with them to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.

 

Experience:

  • Prefer candidates with prior experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • Good at communicating and connecting with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent at organizing tasks and managing time effectively, even in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of analysing recruitment data, spotting trends, and suggesting improvements.
  • Values professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
