  • “Agreement” refers to any legally binding contract or arrangement between RRG Healthcare Group and the client or candidate outlining the specific terms of services provided.

3. Services Provided

RRG Healthcare Group offers a variety of services tailored to meet the needs of healthcare providers, organizations, and individuals. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment Services: Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various healthcare roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Staffing Solutions: Providing temporary, permanent, and contract staffing for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
  • Consulting Services: Offering workforce solutions, compliance advice, training, and support in human resource management, including regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensuring that all staff placed through RRG Healthcare Group meet required qualifications, certifications, and regulatory standards set by local and national healthcare authorities.

All services are designed with a focus on quality, compliance, and professionalism, ensuring that clients receive the best healthcare staffing solutions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with RRG Healthcare Group agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate Job Descriptions: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and requirements for positions to be filled.
  • Fair Treatment: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they adhere to all laws and regulations regarding fair treatment in the hiring process. This includes complying with employment laws, equality and diversity standards, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
  • Timely Payments: Clients are obligated to pay any fees as agreed in written contracts, including any placement or recruitment fees, within the specified time frame. Late payments may result in additional charges.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Clients must ensure that their workplace complies with health and safety, regulatory, and legal standards, including safeguarding the health and well-being of any candidates placed.
  • Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify RRG Healthcare Group from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from non-compliance with legal or contractual obligations.

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from a client’s failure to comply with these responsibilities.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates applying for positions through RRG Healthcare Group agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Truthful Information: Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting their CV, application forms, or other required documents.
  • Legal Right to Work: Candidates must ensure they have the legal right to work in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., UK, depending on the location of the job).
  • Professional Conduct: Candidates must uphold professional conduct, including following company policies, rules, and regulations during the recruitment process and while on assignment.
  • Notification of Availability: Candidates must inform RRG Healthcare Group immediately of any changes to their employment status, availability, or contact details.

RRG Healthcare Group does not guarantee job placement or employment and is not liable for any decisions made by hiring clients. We provide placement services, but final decisions are at the discretion of the client.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Payment Terms: Clients must pay fees as agreed in any written contracts or agreements, which may include placement fees, recruitment fees, and other related charges.
  • Late Payments: Payments must be made within the specified time frame. If payment is delayed beyond the agreed period, RRG Healthcare Group reserves the right to impose additional charges or suspend services until full payment is received.
  • Suspension of Services: If payments are not received on time, RRG Healthcare Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until outstanding payments are settled.

Clients will be notified in writing of any changes to payment terms or rates.

7. Compliance with Laws

Both clients and candidates must adhere to the applicable legal requirements as part of their engagement with RRG Healthcare Group.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Intermediary Role: RRG Healthcare Group acts as an intermediary between clients and candidates. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the relationship between clients and candidates.
  • No Guarantee of Placement: While RRG Healthcare Group strives to match the best candidates with appropriate roles, we do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays in recruitment, staff performance issues, misconduct, or actions by third parties involved in the recruitment or staffing process.

Any claims arising from the use of our services will be subject to the limitations outlined in our agreements.

9. Data Protection and Confidentiality

RRG Healthcare Group is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

  • Confidentiality: All client and candidate information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

Both clients and candidates are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information obtained through our services.

10. Termination of Services

  • Payments are not made as per agreed contractual terms.
